Payment Terms
The order must be paid in full before the goods are dispatched .
Exchange Policy
Includes 1 exchange per season .
SS: June
FW: December
General Exchange Conditions
These conditions apply to all partnership levels.
Exchanges may only be made for styles with at least 3 sizes available within the size range .
All exchanges are subject to product availability on the B2B Portal at the time of the request.
The collection cost is €20 per box .
Maximum box dimensions: 60 × 40 × 30 cm .
Boxes exceeding these dimensions may be subject to additional transport charges.
All products returned for exchange must be in perfect condition for resale , without signs of use, wear, alteration or damage.
- Products must be properly packed.
- Original packaging must be retained.
- All original tags must be included.
If the original packaging is missing or damaged, a fee of €1.50 per unit will apply.
If the original cardboard tag is missing, damaged, written on, removed or reattached, a fee of €1.50 per unit will also apply.
Gianni Kavanagh reserves the right to reject an exchange in whole or in part if these requirements are not met or if the products cannot be recovered or reconditioned for resale.
Final acceptance of any exchange is always subject to inspection of the goods upon receipt .
