Delivery
When will i get my order?
In the UK the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is 72 working hours for all territory, counting from the moment the order is confirmed as paid. All shipping, structural and physical constraints will be reported by email.
How is the delivery made?
Your order is delivered in hand by the courier to the provided address. In case you're not around to receive the package, it will be available at the nearest post office.
Returns
Can i return a product?
Yes. You can, in case you don't want to keep the product or wish to exchange the size, return it in a maximum period of 15 days after you receive it. However, you can only return a product if you meet the following requirements:
- The products have not been washed or used;
- The products maintain their original features and the packaging is not damaged (packages that have been carefully opened are not considered as damaged);
- The product have not been tampered with and keep the original tags.
How do i return a product?
1. Placing the item in the spare package:
Place the item in the spare package provided within the packge it came in. The item should come with all pricing tags, no signs of wear, and the respective invoice or proof of purchase. Any product that has been damaged or has signs of wear does not entitle you to a refund. After that, you should seal the spare package with the provided stickers, and place the return slip on the outside of the box, with the correct address.
2. Answer our survey:
Answer the survey present in the return kit, indicating the main reason for the return, and if you prefer a refund or a gift card to use on your next purchase.
3. Return the package:
To return your package you should contact us via social network chat or/and by email at info@justbrands.pt, so we can schedule a further date to return your package.
4. Refund
After receiving and checking the product, we'll proceed to its refund (in case the refund is valid), in a maxiumum period of 7 days counting from the date we received the package. You can opt to be refunded through a gift card or the original payment method you used to pay for your order.
I received a faulty product.
We guarantee the satisfaction of our customers and don't want them to buy products that may have slipped through quality control. So, if you think we sent you a faulty product, please, notify us of its fault via social network chat or by email at: info@justbrands.pt.
All shopping and collection costs will be supported by us.
When will i receive my refund?
After a thorough technical evaluation of the returned product, the refund will be processed in a maximum time of 30 days.
Did you get my return?
As soon as your return is processed by our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a notification. If, in any case, you don't receive said email in a 10 day window, please contact us at info@justbrands.pt, o through our social networks.
How will i be refunded?
You can opt to be refunded through a gift card or via the same payment method you used to pay for your order.
- Gift Card:
You prefer the gift card option, one will be sent to your email, with a code you can redeem on your next purchase.
2. Original payment method:
- In case of credit card payment, the refund will be made to that same card and can be verified on your next credit card extract.
- In case of payment with PayPal, the refund is credited to your PayPal account and will be avilable immendiatly.
- In case you paid via bank deposit or cash on delivery, you'll be asked for your bank details (IBAN and SWIFT) in order to receive the refund.
When will i receive the product replacement?
A thorough technical evaluation will be made to the returned product. After that evaluation, we will process the exchange of the product and send you a notification email about the shipment of the new product.
Why was i refunded instead of getting a replacement product?
When we are not able to process the exchange of a product due to stock shortages, we will refund its entire value.
